Can he give feedback to the decision makers around promo nights? Offering 10,000 bobbleheads when ppg seats 18,000 is definitely weak (and cheap). people line up 30 minutes before the doors open and it overwhelms the entrances and the employees doing security. Why not give the promo to everyone who paid for a ticket? We are long time season tix holders and have friends who are also STH but we all travel from work so some days, with the new traffic patterns due to construction, we get there 45 minutes before the game starts and the give aways are gone. Its a bummer and sends a terrible message.
