A look at what could be done over the next month. Bottom line spoiler: This is not a playoff ready team.

Saad could net some return. That one might make sense. Same with Hayes

Anyone who doesn’t figure to be in the lineup in 2-3 years should be available if the price is right.

The FO needs to figure out a way to keep Sunny here for a while. He does a ton of things good, and loves being here.

  4. The one thing I keep telling myself (even though I hate this team and its construction) is that the West is so bad that they can at least get in and put some playoff revenue in Tom Stillman’s pocket; they need it badly after missing last year.

Reality: We’re so fucked on the backend with the contracts/NTC’s.

Saad, Hayes will be nice assets at the deadline – hell if lump Buch into this for the right price.

As tough as it is to say Parayko is 30 and idk how many more great seasons he has under his belt. If there’s interest that you can get a good return for I say pull the trigger and really signal what the rest of our season is supposed to look like.

Can we get rid of Doug Armstrong in the retool as well? I think this would be the most valuable thing for this team moving forward.

Negative nancies. We shouldn’t be buyers but this article has 0 substance. Kaps value will suck. He hasn’t put up points and coming off injury. Vrana trade? He passed waivers and no one wanted him. We would have to trade picks to get rid of him, which is possible if we were trying to get a top 6 forward. Blais has no value, sunny d should be attempted to be extended for 2 seasons.

The only thing that matters is how the team is doing lately. The blues have ticked up in every category except ironically 5 on 5 scoring where they are struggling hard. To start the year they were the best 5 on 5 team. Lately they have been bad but they have made up for it on the PP.
