  1. Walker is no better than Ceci, why would we waste assets on him. I want anyone we go after to be better than Broberg, Rodrigue and Lavoie. I am having trouble finding anyone I think we can get without overpaying severely.

  2. I would pass on another goalie for the foreseeable future.
Like it or not, should Skinner or Picard not pan out or get hurt. Campbell is getting a call-up. In either case, if you want to find a trade for Campbell, you have to get him some games with the big club. I still think the biggest benefit to the goaltending has been much better defensive play by the whole team. That was non-existent when Campbell was sent down.
Biggest roadblock is the cap space.

  3. Bad timing for this all star break,I hope the Oilers don't lose there momentum, that all time record is so close now.

  4. Is it just a coincidence that Campbell all of a suddenly started improving about the same time Broberg was sent down, I think they need to call up Broberg and take a good look at him for a few games before they trade him.

  5. Keep Campbell this season we maybe need him if there's an injury or maybe trade for a cheaper secondary Goalie. I think we could use another d man incase of injury. Pickard looks better than skinny right now. Skinny is slow getting across the net. Hell you could pull the goalie with the way the Oil are playing right now.

  6. Foegle needs to be with mcleod they should try and add legit top six to play with leon and kane. Foegs not quite top 6

  7. The only defenseman that fits being Nurse's partner IMO is Colton Parayko, we need a smart, offensively crafty player who can be a hub and benefits from a partner who can use athletics to join the rush and win puck battles at the endwall and corners in the offensive zone. Parayko allows Nurse to use his size more and pressure the puck more consistently. Parayko himself has a cannon of a shot and loves to shoot from the middle of the zone with great enthusiasm, a spot that he also uses as a passing hub and a skill that only ekholm consistently does without being punished with turnovers, when compared to Pesce there is too much savvy to Parayko's game

  8. Hay ๐Ÿค @Tyson, Let's Roll on our OILERS ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’™ Boys Stick๐Ÿ’ with the System๐Ÿ’ right now….

We gotโœจ#17 โœจgoin' into aโœจAll โœจTimeโœจNHLโœจRecord?
    Let's Gooooooo OIL ๐Ÿ’OIL๐Ÿ’ OIL๐Ÿ’ Heck ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’™yeah!!! Stay Put for Now… ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ†

  9. If you wanna replace kulak with a bigger better defensive dman Markus โ€œNemoโ€ Niemalainen is literally playing on the condors lmao you could sell kulak with a pick for a asset in net or bottom six you now have a more sure goalie situation and a more gritty shutdown pair

  10. Donโ€™t forget it was Skinner that lost us the cup last year, so I would not trust him, itโ€™s the defence that have been winning for us

  11. IMO Campbell is only playing well because he's in the AHL. NHL is a whole other level. I don't think he handles a call up to the big boys. You have to find a way to trade him

  12. Secondary goalie is not an oilers need anymore we have a back up and I think soup and rodrigue can be our 3/4 strings
