Back to 100% um Samuelson I believe you know that’s that’s the hope that he’d be back completely to 100% we still uh need more obviously we’re on the road and we want to make sure that’s confirmed so he won’t be in tomorrow um and uh who else am I missing on that and
Gurgenson well gurgenson is dayto day so yeah what’ you think of the other night the Clifton Johnson pair I mean you got 20 minutes out of them you know Clifton had a big bounce back from what happened in Anaheim just as as a pair of those two guys the way they’re giving you
Those kind of consistent minutes well it was great the other night obviously um both of them had tripped over their feet the night before and it just it just we had multiple guys doing doing that unfortunately and uh what a difference one night makes but it’s consistency we
Know that’s been our our issue and our challenge uh when we’re when we’re good we’re good enough to win um but we just haven’t been good enough times and um that’s uh that that will continue to be our challenge as it is everybody’s consistency um you know and it’s uh it’s
What we want tomorrow we want to make sure that we play tomorrow in the areas of compete uh in the areas of willingness to batt um you know the shot mentality willingness to go after a loose Puck create a loose Puck to go after uh those
Are the areas that we need to make sure we are doing consistently day in day out night in Night Out Alex Tu said he was really focused on the shot mentality the other day I think he had six what what did you see from his game yeah he was
Just he was a better version of himself um and and when you know our team you know it’s the biggest cliche in sports you’re you’re your coaches talk about how they’re how important their best players are and they say their best players have to be their best players
And it’s just an indicator yes those your best players are really really important to your bottom line and um you know when when Alex is going we are a completely different hockey team he is a force um and the other night he was going and I was literally looking at him
To get him on the ice as much as I could we lost Genson who only played one minute the other night was out early um and Tucker was the guy that kind of fill in with two different lines um and it was easy easy that night for me um to do
That because he was on his game and obviously a benefit to our whole group when someone like he is on his game what do you think you’re going to see from the Sharks a week and a half later now they’ve won three in a row they’re conceivably be quite a bit different
Than you saw them at your place they’ve won three in a row so and they beat the Rangers I believe they beat La uh in LA and and Anaheim who who we just lost to so if you if you can’t get up and respect the fact that that and and and
As said many times you can you can throw out where each team is in the standings you’re playing against NHL teams 70 80 to million dollars of Talent on the other side so the margin for you know um not coming to play the right way it it’s
Going to crush you and um so we have to come to play the right way uh regardless of who it is but uh you know hopefully that that it’s got our attention obviously that they’ they’ve uh just won three in a row and they’re as competent as anybody in in winning hockey games
