  1. 4:07 – It's not shown in the replays but Witkowski hit Salomaki so hard that Salomaki actually fell back down a 2nd time as he was trying to get off the ice. And probably would have fallen down a 3rd time if the linesmen hadn't come over to help him off.

  2. Larkin for the win ! AGAIN ! Wow – this kid can excite !
Many thanks again Awood ! It's been a while – but that's not your fault. Your talent is very much appreciated. Hopefully not so long for the next one !

  3. Excited to have helm and mantha back in the lineup. Hopefully we can make another run soon. The tank will happen naturally people, I just wanna see some more character building great wins. We’ll never turn into a great franchise unless our young players continue to develop and claim this team as their own

  4. the players deserved this win, cant say so much for the coaches. WHOEVER planned that PP in OT should be ashamed! that was the most frustrating PP Unit i have seen ever. Passing the puck around in a damn square, not moving any players around the ice AT ALL. Larks and the Boys deserved that win NOT the coaches.

  5. After watching this game and seeing the puck possession the Redwings showed. This team and the lines they used. The chemistry will get stronger and better once these guys start to read each other. The skating was great the spins, dekes. Don’t hate on them.

  6. Anyone else notice that Ken Daniels is now pronouncing Subban different? He used to say (Soo-ban) like most people do. Now he's pronouncing it (Saa-ban). Thought he was referring to a player I wasn't familiar with named savan or something.

  7. Great game. It's absurd that Larkin wasn't a shoe-in for the All Star game.

I'm also trying to figure out why Abby has decided to play 1 hand on the stick 90% of the time. Was a time I'd defend against criticism of his play but he seems to be intentionally regressing.

  8. Is the novelty of the new arena starting to wear off? I can't help noticing more people watching the game from their seats.
