Duke freshman sensation Jared McCain had another marvelous game as the Blue Devils handled Queens, 106-69. McCain led the way throughout, scoring 17 points in the first half and finishing with a game-high and career-high 24 points on 9-14 shooting, including 4-9 from three-point range to go along with 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.
