I wouldn't mind giving up a 1st, Stanley and maybe Lucius or Lambert. Love both but Lucius' health kinda scares me and Lambert might be a "me" player than a team player, however I think he can improve. Other than that, I'd really like to see Chychrun in a Jets uni.
Yep Rutger is the only untouchable, he is the future of the organization and the future captain! Lambert can go but it needs to be for a guy like chykhrun with an extension also

I don't want to give up McGroarety, Lucius, or Lambert, and I'd prefer to keep Heinola, but there are opportunies to improve this team for a deep run. I'd rather get something than lose players to the numbers game and waiver wire, but Chevy has never been one to make a trade for a trade's sake. It'll be an interesting run up to the trade deadline for sure this year. GO JETS GO!
I really dont want our team to make any moves this trade deadline. Keep things the way they are this season & only make necessary moves in the off – season regardless of what happens this season. I really don't want to risk disrupting the team chemistry, momentum and play in the middle of the season. Trading for big time players during the trade deadline doesn't always work out anyway. Make moves in the off -season like with what they did with the PLD trade. Look how that's turning out rn.

The Sens are heavily set on a veteran defenseman on the right side as a major need. None of the guys you mention is a need for the Sens. Due to those guys having NMC, i dont see a move here for Chychrun. Logan Stanley is definitely not in the mix. The Sens dont need another LHD, with Kleven in the wings, whom management is very high on. It will be a RHD, or at least a power-forward.
Lambert, Barlow, McGroarty and Salomonsson should be untouchable
