Habs defeat the Colorado Avalanche 4-3 in Drouin’s return home | Habs 2023-24 Season | Episode 43

The Montreal Canadiens played tonight at home in the Bell Centre against the visiting Colorado Avalanche and would end up beating them by a final score of 4-3 in regulation. In the 1st period exchanged power-play goals from Ross Colton and Juraj Slafkovsky would keep the game tied 1-1. In the 2nd period Cale Makar and Rafael Harvey-Pinard would exchange goals for now a 2-2 tie game. In the 3rd period Cole Caufield would give the Habs a 3-2 before a tipped shot from Devon Toews would tie the game up again but with less than 5 minutes left Joel Armia would score the eventual game winning goal to make it 4-3 Canadiens! With this victory the Montreal Canadiens are now 18-18-7 with 43 points for 6th in the Atlantic Division.
