  1. Jack Eichel’s doctor who wants to do this replacement surgery said “I won’t do this on an NFL player, too many hits to head in FOOTBALL!”….how do you think a Jack got hurt Sir? He had his head jammed into the boards on a weird angle, not even a hard hit, guys in hockey can skate fast and there are hard boards to run into. If it’s so safe why not for NFL?

  2. My mock trade! Jack Eichel Drake Caggiula Brandon Davison 1 round pick 2 round pick 4th round pick to Golden Knights for Alex Tuch Sven Baertschi BRAYDEN PACHAL 3 round pick 2 round pick GAGE QUINNEY 7th round pick

  3. What?

“After cervical fusion surgery, some people can develop cervical disc problems above and/or below the previously affected disc. One study found that about 12% of the patients developed new cervical disease that required a second surgery over a 20 year period after the first surgery. It is not yet known if the artificial disc will cause this same problem.”…..because first procedure in US occurred in 2007.

    Research?

  4. The fact that there is a relatively high percentage he may never be able to play again period if he gets his surgery seems to be forgotten. If it's goes even slightly wrong or his body rejects it that's it for his career. No retries like Crosbys wrist. Be interesting to see what the parrots and insiders say and how they spin it if that happens.

  5. Lehner honestly might be able to singlehandedly push VGK to overpay for eichel just cuz of how out there he is

  6. What I find interesting is that the Athletic’s Portsline just published an article talking up how the Blue Jackets supported Max Domi’s decision to use an unorthodox training regimen to rehab his shoulder & how it’s put Domi’s recovery weeks ahead of schedule.

I’m sure there’s nothing there, but it’s an interesting coincidence that Columbus got that story out there right about now.
