[Seravalli] Hearing Connor Bedard underwent surgery on Monday to repair his fractured jaw. Bedard is expected to miss approximately 6-8 weeks, meaning Blackhawks will unfortunately need an injury replacement at NHL All-Star.

Dickenson should and probably will get it, but Mrazek is trying his damndest to make the decision hard
Does he still get to keep the ASG nomination in the records books? Or does not being able to attend mean he wasn’t an all star by NHL rules?
It sucks big time to lose Bedard for that long and I’m sure it puts his Calder bid in jeopardy…hopefully he comes back to a far improved roster, injury wise, and can start kicking ass again.
Do we send Reichel to see if he looks any better when he’s playing with the best players on a line with him?
