   I have no issues with his use and going back down. He got his feet wet when we had an injury. Let him go back, use some of the lessons he learned and play 16-22 a night back in Hartford.

   This makes complete sense. He’s probably not a 4th liner and playing 7 mins a night is bad for his development. They did this with Cuyle last year and it’s paid off nicely

   He got a taste of NHL action, and is gonna go back to the AHL with that in mind. Keep progressing, no need to rush.

   I have no problem with this.

    He looked good in limited ice time, overall a pretty good experience for him I would think. He got a taste, maybe learned a few things he has to work on to succeed at the NHL level, and now he’s back where he can develop.

    Well, he got to be here for his 21st birthday, so that was cool. Wish he could have gotten a goal while up here, tho.

    Some people aren’t going to like this, but it’s the right move. This is the correct way to develop a young prospect.

    I’d like to see him getting more time on the right side down there. Regardless of when he makes the big team (likely next season, but who knows), he’s probably going to need to make the same switch Laffy did this year. Laf, Kakko, and Othmann on the right sounds pretty to me.
