Ball he played the ball through to Mya who’ll be going away to the Asia cup probably tomorrow he’ll be traveling to meet his Japanese teammates it was good to see him get on the school street again but M really what more is there to say about this player um I thought he

Was absolutely tremendous once again the heartbeat to everything in that Celtic Midfield I thought the Midfield was was really good K McGregor had a Qui a game that didn’t really have to do anything obviously due to the fact the sending off really changed the game and ended

The game any sort of competitiveness was gone in the game due to the fact that um was 10 against 11 you know some were struggling with the with the attacks of Celtic with 11 men so 10 men became a really impossible task for them you got

To feel for them in that way looking back on the tackle or looking back on The Challenge on the goalkeeper um I said it to the people that was sitting alongside of the game I managed to get to the game this evening I was saying it

Was a it was something that V was going to look at and then they did go and look at it it was originally given as a yellow card and the VR then upgraded it from yellow to Red the player the player looked absolutely distru to be going off

The pitch but he wasn’t complaining which I think showed just how bad the tackle was really he can’t have the goalkeeper in the face at the end of the day and he and he got his March and orders but by that point as I said earlier the game was over as as a

Contest put it frankly and Celtic then continued on in the second half tried to get chances I’ve Bernardo in particular had a really good chance that was saved by Zack Kevin in the second half couple of other chances you know were they were in the goal and Z Kevin was getting to

All of these chances Li skilles had a couple of really really good headers in the game that he should have scored or he should have done better with but you know three points eight points clear going into the winter break I know Rangers have two games in hand they got the win

Against against Kut this afternoon but that eight-point Gap is still maintained and I think that’s really really good work let me just turn this light on because it keeps on going off as you can probably guess I’m doing this in my car tonight and I was going to do it in the

Rogers Brendan Rogers has a track history of doing really well with attacking midfielders just look at the players that he’s worked with in the past you know he’s first or he spell at he spell at Liverpool to begin with look at Filipe cantinho essentially made him the player that went to Barcelona and

Know his career kind of nose dived after that but he got him I think he was an 140 million pound play at least that’s the figure that Tony says when he’s writing about Brandon Rogers and how he improves certain players then you look at his leester time at James Madison

Who’s doing now so who’s now doing so well and Andre po the C former Celtic manager at Spurs you look at his Celtic time the first time around look at Stuart Armstrong you look at Tom roic players that improved down to the manager and now mat oy I think Matt o is

The best version of a midfielder that he’s worked with at least in terms of a in terms of Celtic players you know Armstrong was great for Celtic rogic was absolutely tremendous but I think mat O is just another level at this point in time he’s key to everything he’s goals

He assists um his overall play um he’s such a good teammate as well and that’s something that you notice when you’re at the games he’s always celebrating with his teammates making sure he points to the people that assisted him for the goal I noticed that he was really really

Happy with poo Bernardo for getting that pass off to him you know it was a great turnning in a pass to Matt oy so he’s a great teammate he’s just clearly a con professional a conate pro and everybody seems to love him and I think all the

Celtic fans love him as well with what he’s doing on the park and off the park with what he’s saying um 44 Colin Rogers I’ve not verified this but I’m just going to take your word for it 44 goal contributions and he’s first 100 games that’s including 20 this season now the

Upturn in for form has been absolutely incredible from the Danish midfielder and I think he’s going to have a lot more Danish caps than just the one that he’s got just now um don’t want to be too pessimistic about the player but you know he could be one of these players

That a big team could come in for him in in the summer definitely not in January time he’s so important for the to the makeup of the Celtic team going forward until the end of the season but it may be taken out of their hands as to go in

Later on in the season H or next season if if there are teams that are looking for them then you know you’re looking upwards of 25 30 million I would say for the one for for that player um let me have a we look why am I in the dark asks

Playing for a good three four months now that back in the team it’s looking as if he’ll be a major player in the second half of the season and Brandon Rogers was quick to say that after the Rangers game um Matthew player saying scales was absolutely superb once again what more

Is there to say about Liam scales to be perfectly honest with you um I don’t think he’s put a foot wrong in games now it’s I can’t remember the last time he made a massive mistake or a massive hoer he seems he seems to be the one constant

In this team at the moment alongside K McGregor really maybe K now that he’s back in the team and he’s the First Choice Striker Li and Joe Hart as well obviously and then a couple of the fullbacks too but Liam scales is always in and around that

Team and it’s really shown with the with the results you know camon car Vias has been alongside him he’s injured Ste mous was alongside him for the Glasgow Derby he’s now injured so now it’s a different dance partner he’s got alongside him in the defense and he just goes about his

Business you know I don’t know about you guys but I think I think a contract has to be put his way you know I think he’s still got a year and a half left in his contract but you know I think he would be expecting better money considering

His position in the team at the moment he’s a first team player you wonder what c k Vickers is earing alongside him when he’s playing maybe even mik noski who was a big name signing but I think I think another contract is definitely coming his way um Extended you know

There’s been a lot of talk recently about Scott McKenna potentially coming to the club he’s got six months left and he’s de it not in Forest so that could be an area that Celtic go down another former abine Defender and know lame skills was only there on loan Scott

McKenna had a lot more appearances abine but that could be a um that could be a move that to go for at the moment Le scales it’s his jersey to lose as Tori always says he’s got the yellow Jersey’s had the yellow Jersey since I think it

Was St Johnson at home where you know the crowd did get on his back but he’s came so far from that moment you know his distribution is now so much better as well making five six Touches at least one or two maybe even three touches and

Then a pass out it’s a pass with pace and a good space and don’t don’t mean to rhyme there but yeah it was a it was another really really good performance by a really good Defender who H who’s grown from strength to strength and he’s still young as well he’s going to get

Even better and um yeah I’m I’m really really enjoying these performances at the moment and you know you look at January potentially that that could have been a time for him to go out on loan abine might have been back in um if he hadn’t have made many appearances but I don’t

Think even you know y abin or any other team in the league could afford Li skills at this point in time he’s a he’s a first team starter and he’s not going anywhere um let me have a we look I was it was Greg Taylor that was speaking to

The media after the game hope everybody gets off Taylor’s back we guys are smashing player I have been one of his harshest critics this season admittedly um I think he struggled a lot in terms of playing that traditional role as a fullback as a left back not as an inverted fullback that he

Was under post to coo but he’s been the past couple of games I think he’s really turned it on and he I wonder if you’ll be annoyed that the winter break’s coming at the wrong time for him because it seems that he’s getting back on form

You know you look at January as well with the transfer window um it could be an area that Celtic looked to looked to to pursue at left back I I would assume a left back to come in in January or maybe even Bern to leave the club and somebody comes in in

His place but at the moment the past two games Greg Taylor has been good and you’re just hoping that can continue both for his own personal development you know he’s got the Euros in the summer and for Celtic because if he’s playing well for Celtic then Celtic be winning games keeping clean sheets

They’ll also be scoring goals because he scored a screamer tonight so there’ll be no complaints on that end H Hazel Finn comes in and asks would you surprised to lagger tonight not not really I’m I’m presuming you’re mean lagger not the the alcoholic beverage I’m sure that is the

Case um yeah lagab came on I think for the final 20 25 minutes in place of Mike noi or it could have been the final 35 minutes actually because it was quite early he came on the game was over as a contest M rosi been thrown into the deep

End um against Rangers and then he started the game so that’s a lot of minutes for a player that’s just coming back from in an injury you don’t want him to re-aggravate a hamstringing injury or an injury in any other area so I think that was good man management from Brendon

Rogers we don’t really know where lagab be’s future lies well it’s will he stay at the club will he go on loan while Celtic maybe try and cash in on him I know he’s not had a lot of games but he he’ll certainly still be a player that a

Lot of teams would look to to bring in you would assume um maybe that’s something for the comments as well do you think lagab has a longterm future do you think that now that nski is back in the team cut will be back after the international break scales is there well

Should be back as well hopefully he’ll be back sooner rather than later Phillips I think has already Departed the club who’s not been named in the past what two three lineups or or benches as well so yeah it is a it is an interesting one for agaba there was a

Lot of there was a lot of talk about him when he when he arrived at the club I thought he did well originally but maybe maybe the Scouts have seen something or maybe the the the staff rather than the Scouts have seen something that they don’t like and and that he doesn’t fit

The team long term um don’t tiny hands as well um he says home as well holes being in and out of the squad are more out than in but in then in and out the squad over the over the first half of the season I don’t know maybe

Alone deal might do him the world good it seems as if poo Bernardo has now got that space whether or not he can be a starter or a bench player is another story um you know riat he came onto the pitch tonight and and he looked a bit

Rusty but you know you can definitely see that there is a there’s obviously a player there he’s one of my favorite players to watch and you’re hoping that the likes of Rio dies in my as well they can use it as a mini preseason this upcoming Asia Asia cup and they’ll come

Back F and F in for the second half of the Season you know it’s good that it depends on when they come back obviously but it’s good that Celtic have Bucky F so that they can maybe change the team around a bit maybe put in some young players hopefully still get the

Result you would give assume Celtic to get the result especially at home but maybe that could be a game speaking of Home Oden go home that could be a game for him to show his credentials alongside poo Bernardo K McGregor if he plays you’re hoping he might get a rest

Or he might play 60 minutes and come off but yeah the midfields a very very busy place at the moment and it’s going to be difficult for the likes of home the good thing is he’s only 20 years old so you know there’s still a lot of time

For him toide a five year deal so he’ll be at Celtic for the foreseeable we’ll still be nurturing him and getting getting him used to first team football I know he played in Norway for a couple of Seasons but you know it’s it’s a different cat of fish playing for Celtic

Than Valena admittedly no disrespect to Valena but is a very is a very different um ask uh let me have a we look um Ryan what are we going to talk about for the next three weeks I’m I’m still I’m trying to think about what we’ll talk

About for the next few minutes never mind three weeks H transfers yeah um I think we’ll hear more maybe from Rogers over the next couple of days about transfers um whether or not there’ll be any movement any imminent movement both in and out of the club there’s clearly

Players there aren’t contributing to the team whatsoever and they need to move on in order for Celtics players for new Celtic players to come in the door the squad is too bloated Brandon Rogers has spoke about that at length um so yeah you’re looking at maybe quite a few

Players going out the door in January whether that be on l or permanently just to to free up some spaces free up some wages and then we’ll see we’ll see where it goes but yeah yeah I think there’s still a few positions that need to be addressed but it’ll be interesting to

Tim re’s what 34 35 she’ll be waiting for him to retire and then he can go back and be the main man for the US national team but in order to do that in order to cement his spot I would say and maybe even be a starter he has to play

In the Premier League so I would say maybe in the summer he might make a a move elsewhere you know he’s given so far two and a half absolutely amazing season season’s worth of service it’s a it’s definitely wishful thinking to hope that he stays for the rest of

His career because he’s an absolute Colossus in that defense but at the same time um yeah I I think I think he will go down south sooner rather than later um how much they Mark McQueen always in the Pod thank you very much how much they asking for Bernard was conflicted

Do that then I think it would be an absolute no-brainer because the climatization already been made and he would be ready to just come in next season knowing where his future would lie KN he doesn’t need to go on another Lo deal and he would be a permanent

Celtic player that’s an an Ideal World if he’s if he’s formed drops then there would be a different conversation but at this moment in time um I would see if if it is 1.52 3 million pounds and Celtics should definitely be looking at exercising that option to buy but if

It’s four five six million they’ve got to get it right you know that 1.5 million that’s been put about by um by the media that by that one publication that is the sort of transfer fee that Celtic would pay on a project player I think that Paulo Bernardo is

Better than a project player he’s a player for now um and if he can he can keep this going until the end of the season and he won’t be a project player he’d be a first team regular and that would be a great signing to get you

Know’s he’s done his time on loan and then he’s he’s there on a permanent contract much like his his predecessor and J um have we look at some of other plenty of plenty of chat in the comments I really do appreciate everybody being in and talking about Celtic

Into this Euro squad for Scotland if he can make that push at Celtic you know and become you know the first choice or second choice Defender then I think it would be a Vindicated decision I think there’s a deal to be made between notam forest in Celtic if they can pay a ninal

That top quality player again I know Everton paid what 11 12 13 million to Security Services from wgan he then moved to Crystal Palace where he was a first team player he’s came up to Celtic you know his Boyhood team and it’s just not worked out for him um but that

Happens you know that’s football at the end of the day and in football’s a business and at the moment he’s not contributing whatsoever he may be contributing off the pitch he might be one of these players that’s a really popular member off the pitch but he’s not contributing on it and I think

It’s best for all involved the he moves on um what about Brandon what about hatti and Brandon at the end of the game now I can just clarify this and clear this up Brendan Rogers was talking about r at the at the postmatch press conference when

He was talking to all the media and he was saying that Brendan Rogers was he was saying that ratti rather was emotional at coming on the pitch now he was he was training as well and Brandon Rogers was buzzing to bring him onto the park for that final 20 minutes I think

That was one of the highlights of the game not I know there was three great goals and among and amongst that but seen hatti return to the pitch it wasn’t the right game for him at the weekend to come on against Rangers potentially pick up another injur it was a bety game to

Come on against the 10 men of s m who were effectively you know playing out the rest of the game it was the perfect game for hatti to come back and make his long awaited return to the Celtics side it’s been a stop start season for the midfielder but

At the same time um you know he’s going to make up for L time he’s going to go to the Asia cup use that as a bit of a preseason I would say come back and then he’ll be fit and firing Brandon Rogers was talking about the fact that he’s

Going to be a big big player in the second half of the Season he’s massive he’s a massive help to the team he’s a massive helped to the Midfield he’s got goals he’s got assists he’s get G so you know panic over he’s not going to go anywhere in January whatsoever it was

Just a hug because Brandon Rogers hugs players you know he’s that he’s that sort of manager he’s not an poo who likes to keep a healthy distance between himself and his Personnel um he’s one of these players that wants to put his arm around him and I think that’s a good

Thing because it shows that that Dynamic has changed because at the start of the season hatti for whatever reason the the body language you know I know there was a lot of body language experts out there they weren’t happy with what I thought he was doing he wasn’t showing he wasn’t

Showing up um he wasn’t shown up in terms of a performance he was always training in that but he I remember him coming off the bench against Ross County and he looked okay and then he came on against abine and he looked absolutely tremendous and get injured um about 20

Minutes later got injured came back and he was man of the match against Kanan you know he was getting into the swing of things he get injured again Brendon Rogers is saying that he’s working on everything off the field he understands what is needed from his game he knows

How to press the opposition I think you’re going to see a much changed hatti in the second half of the Season you’re going to see somebody that’s going to bust a gut for his teammates for his players and you know the talent is definitely there so I’m looking forward

To seeing that you want to see the same numbers that that R got the first half of the Season hatti can replicate that and M really keeps the numbers going the way they’re going then I don’t think Celtic will have any problems in of scoring goals this season um Rogers is
