This is a broken and disconnected hockey team. Terrible play and zero ability by someone to step up. Lizotte can’t finish a chance and boom you lose.

This is wild man. When I watched the interviews after the Wings loss it was like the guys are delusional. Saying they played well enough to win, not taking responsibility, and showing no emotion after such a terrible loss. Idk wtf Todd is doing in there after these losses. We got a massive ego after a great start to the season and are now paying for it. This is red fucking alert man. We have no chance in the playoffs as of now.

Kopi seems to be a half a step off lately. Can’t really blame him with his age, he and ovechkin are both slowing down. Big changes coming with kopi and doughty set to retire in a couple years. Until then who here thinks he has been our best option for centering our top line this year? We could have a gritty top line with kempe and fiala, the question is who would center? Is the kid QB ready to QB??

For everyone who think a this is just an adversity test, we’ve seen how this team responded in the playoffs the last two years.
Anyone know why Danault got kicked out of the faceoff right before Caps GWG? I think if Danault takes it instead of Fiala, we at least get to OT.
Edit to clarify: I was watching on my phone, so maybe it was clearer to others. It looked like Danault got kicked out by the ref that wasn’t dropping the puck, just curious what it was about. Kings never really got into good defensive position after they lost that faceoff.
