I had no clue Protas had a brother who played in the USHL! I recently relocated to Fargo, North Dakota and frequent the local USHL games there, the Fargo Force.
Tonight they were playing against the Des Moines Buccaneers and they had a large player with the last name Protas. At first I just thought it was a coincidence but happened to Google him and he’s Protas’ brother! I’m glad I was wearing my caps jersey!
