No disrespect at all to the kid he was great and Anaheim had no business getting a point. But i agree and i barely ever do with what keefe said after he was asked. Yes he made a ton of saves but if you run back that game the leafs were shooting 95% of the team through clear lanes and not passing east to west not even close to enough. Even the shots that elite leafs players were wide open on , they mostly shot it right at him. But he still did stop a bus full of leafs shots. Goalie to keep tracking for sure.

I've lived most of my life in Toronto. The Toronto Sun always was a garbage paper and have only gotten worse as newspapers have become more and more irrelevant. It wouldn't surprise me if they wrote that headline to be trolls and get attention on their floundering business and try to garner some kind of attention.

I guess nobody here has been watching hockey in this country for the past 30 or 40 years. It is not at all uncommon for the Toronto media to be completely unaware of the wider hockey world. If a player isn't wearing a Leaf's jersey, they are anonymous, with a few exceptions. And the truly ironic part is that the Toronto media is DIRECTLY responsible for the fact that the Leafs (along with all the other Canadian teams) haven't won a Cup in years. Think about it? These are kids- 25 years old, in the prime of life and making millions of dollars. Invariably they have a choice as to where they want to play, so they can come here and play in Canada where they can't leave their homes without being splashed all over the internet….OR….they could play in Florida or Phoenix or California and play golf year round and go downtown on a Saturday night and no one would know who they were.
