Anytime a player get a hard clean hit nowadays, they call it charging.
Cernak never touched the puck. That's interference and it's 5min when it results in injury.
They had him for interference at best as he never tried to play the loose puck. Great clean hit either way
Surprised Anderson didn’t get called for interference on that play too as Cernak never touched the puck when it rimed around the boards.

I’m a small guy and I was crushed by players, but I always got up. The key is to always expect to get hit and brace yourself.

Right call here. Its a 2min interference, not charging, but at least the refs even it up with the instigator. Meh.
