I think our Line’s been playing well um we’ve been playing a lot more offense uh the last few months as opposed to the the beginning of the year and um I think we’re taking pride in our job which a lot of nights has been um going against other teams top lines and I

Think kind of the the more we’re challenged the more we we’ve risen up to it I think our some of our better games have been uh you know Boston um la uh thought we were pretty good against Buffalo so um yeah just uh I think we’re

Taking taking pride in our role and uh we’ve been pretty good is the mindset in that role to prevent them to like play defense against them or is it to force them to play defense I think a little bit of both um we’ve talked to lby and you know he doesn’t want us

Just in our own Zone the whole game you know trying to strictly play defense he wants us to uh force them to to play in their own end and um like I said as of late I think we’ve done a done a good job of it is it are there

Principles that you app every other top line or do you play Tage Thompson differently then you play McDavid then you play a that kind I think it’s the same principles but um obviously some matchups some players kind of uh get her attention a little bit more um obviously

MC David was a big one um Boston’s had a great first line for number of years so um yeah I think like I said we we’ve risen to the occasion uh whenever we we’ve had that responsibility and um I think we we enjoy it and hopefully continues I think

I think it could be an asset for our team what was special about this uh christas boy uh I got to go home be with my family um not sure uh when the last time we had everyone Under One Roof was but um Christmas Eve everyone was was in the

Same place so um I have two siblings and you know with with hockey or you know um in different locations for boyfriends girlfriends things like that uh was it’s nice to to have everyone there Christmas Eve and obviously with the team playing well and you you playing well it makes

Itra special yeah it was big to get the uh the win before the break I think that put everyone in a better mood and um yeah the team’s off to a good start so hopefully uh hopefully we can get right back to it here are they attitute for

Beating the Bruins two times uh no I think that’s uh gone out the window does the Washington game uh as another one of those games where a team got the better of you and you’ve been able to come back and beat you know those teams earlier in the season that’s another one

Now that you’re looking at yeah it wasn’t our best game in Washington um we all know that and um it’s a divisional game so definitely has some extra juice to it and uh we’ll be ready to go tonight
