But they love Granato. And they’ll play hard for him. And it’s not his fault they’re playing bad. . . . . Or so one or two of them will angrily say on the post game show tonight after another ass whooping. This season has honestly been the biggest letdown of the past 13.
I don’t know what to complain about most. The amount of completely unnecessary passes, especially no-look ones? Cozens looking like he’d be a better fit on the Jr. Sabres right now? Power looking afraid to breathe near anyone, much less hit someone? Our complete utter inability to carry the puck into the offensive zone? The 20 passes it takes us to get it out of OUR zone?
How about 0/5 on the PP and Boston being 3/3. Ugh.

Came out flying the first couple shifts then Shit the bed on the 4:00 PP and gave up. This team just quits way too easy.

They don’t deserve to wear those goatheads, last year they played with a purpose wearing them and earned a win in almost every game, this year they play like it’s any other game… disgraceful.
