Cuylle has been the perfect addition to the team. Rangers needed a more physical player that can play 2 way hockey effectively. The Rangers could still use some more physical type of players.

Cuylle has had quite an impact! That’s saying something, given his age while playing for an elite team under biggest spotlight!
He has at least 1 disallowed goal, is among league-leaders in hits and is very willing to drop the gloves when necessary!!
He’s only going to get better!!!
His offensive numbers will also go up when the 3rd line becomes Chytil-Kakko-Cullye. That can be a really dangerous 3rd line!
I invested in a Cuylle jersey, I'm so high on this kid. Was even at the San Jose game that he scored on a breakaway. The guys behind me all patted my jersey on the back lol.
But yeah, Cuylle is gonna be a less mentally unstable Tom Wilson. Which… is a good thing.
IMO he's up too early, another season in the AHL would benefit him long term.
