I found this in a vintage store in Inglewood, tucked away on a back wall with some other old pennants. It was only $25, but I think it may be something a bit more special.
There’s about 20 signatures in ballpoint on the felt, and the ones I can figure out all seem to be on the 1988-89 Cup-winning Flames roster but one. I’ve put in the details the ones I’ve guessed, but I need some help figuring out the rest!
There’s also a kid’s name in the corner, and it matches the name of an obit of someone who passed away a few years ago, and who would have been 12 at the time of the Cup win. I think this little boy got the Flames to sign his pennant during that season.

It’s either 86-87 or 87-88.
Underneath the second A in Calgary is Doug Dadswell #36 and those are the years he was a Flame. 87-88 seems right.
