I wanna say we got goalied, but the chances were pretty average. Seattle really did a good job keeping everything to the outside and shutting down the neutral zone. Really wish the Kings would have crashed the net and greased this game up, but yeah, insanely frustrating game. Shots and possession say they played well, but really not a great game from the boys imo.

Extremely winnable game, but it’s not entirely our fault. You could tell by the second the team was gassed. They came out hard in the first and got goalied, and were on a back to back that just drained them. 3rd period looked tortuous for them physically, everyone was sluggish and sloppy.
Sucks but I don’t think we played that poorly. We just hit the exhaustion wall and got outplayed. Not really one I’m going to worry about too much, but the continual dogshit PP numbers are starting to become very, very alarming for our long term hopes down the line. PLD still looks bad, so I guess we just keep waiting until he does something I guess. I miss Vilardi so much.
I would LOVE to not suck at home.
Also feels like it kind of negates our historic road record if we give up so many here.
