Hello fellow VGK fans! I am in desperate need of contacting somebody, ANYBODY that works with Viewlift or KnightTime+.
I have sent multiple emails to their support@knighttimeplus.com email address and even left them a voicemail at 1-833-957-5092, with absolutely ZERO response back for WEEKS.
I even tried emailing marketing@viewlift.com. Is this just a shell company with no actual employees or representatives? Has anyone actually been able to contact a customer service support rep regarding issues with the app, such as not being able to verify your location?
I am at my wits end trying to get this app to work on anything other than my phone, such as my Apple TV. They are both connected to the same WiFi internet connection, but it simply will not connect. Can anyone here on Reddit at least confirm they are having these communication issues as well, or even better, provide better contact info for me? Thank you.

Are you in Nevada or in the viewing area?
I can’t believe they have blackouts for this service beyond national games.
UPDATE: I have found another email: techsupport@viewlift.com. Hopefully I will have better luck with this one.
Not for nothing but have you tried an OTA antenna? You’re awfully close to the broadcast tower.
