  1. I would like to not play the Canucks anymore

Death, taxes and the Nashville Predators laying an egg against Vancouver

I didn’t watch tonight but it looks like it was ugly. Glad to see that Lauzon got another goal and that Glass scored as well. Plus Evangelista, Novak, and Smith are walking away with a point which is good. What’s our deal when we play the Canucks? Can we just not effectively counter their style of play?

  4. Not too mad but it still sucks to lose like that. I thought the boys played hard but the Canucks were just better. Puck also just bounced their way tonight.

Glasser getting his first was nice though, so hopefully we can carry some momentum into Thursday against Philly. Shake this one off and move on

Well, the Titans lost to Houston in the Oilers uniforms, got eliminated from playoff contention, and is now the laughing stock of the AFC, but I know the Preds will pick me up!

    Dammit.

Does anybody know Bruno’s email address? I’d like to send him a Powerpoint presentation on playing Fabs vs Barrie/Schenn.

I always love how homer the local broadcast about the 3 stars of the game and Player of the game.

“Your NASHVILLE PREDATORS performance of the game was JEREMY LAUZON with a stunning goal!” Meanwhile it’s a 5-2 loss and he was -1 with 2 goals against.

When we lose it does feel like we lose hard. Somehow this was one of the better losses we’ve had though, fought hard all game. Not a shut out. Got some atrocious calls against us.

My hope for the future though is the losses we’re having now turn into ‘close games’ either way and our wins become more dominant. Be nice to not be considered underdogs, Wild card picks, or bubble teams sometime. Or even just on a streak. I want people to hear they’re playing us and groan at a 90 percent loss for them. That’s my dream. Just one of those years before I die

Was at the game, what the fuck was that game misconduct about?

Was that Novak takedown a penalty or the right no call?

    Sad day.

It was a pretty dull game to attend. Even when the refs tried to help by letting something slide, they backed it up with another BS call. We fought pretty hard, but the Canucks just had those tiny strokes of luck and it ended up with amazing placement for them and not us. I’ve definitely seen worse losses in that arena (I was there when Bedard was conscripted to play in Chicago, which was pretty hard to watch… he’s just a kid!) The next time I see them play, I’ll be 40 and officially able to use the “back in my day” lines
