Red Berenson reflects on his incredible career with the St. Louis Blues in Episode 1 of Life as a Blue, a series that will feature stories from some of the most legendary names in franchise history.
Back in 1969 as a very yound man I had the privilege of attending the very first Blues hockey school at the old Winterland Ice Rink off St. Charles Rock Road. The instructors were Red Berenson, Jimmy Roberts, Barclay and Bob Plager and big Noel Picard. What a mountain of a man. I was one of the highlights of my life and I've been a Blues fan ever since. I haven't lived in St. Louis for 30 years, but I still watch every game and bleed Blue!! Thanks for the memories Red!!

Did Ed Van Impe have a job the night after the Red Baron just used him every which way, on that unforgettable night in Philly?
Thank you Red!!!
