I keep saying this and for some reason people don't get it. we have 3 defensemen that are NOT NHL CALIBRE…… PERIOD. Branny, JBD and Hammer. I'm sorry but them the facts. Hammer has lost a step and can't keep up. JBD was put on waivers and NOT 1 of 31 teams wanted him. Branny is under sized and over rated an offensive D man that doesn't produce offence. THAT PUTS HUGE PRESSURE ON THE REMAINING D MEN and to some degree the forwards and of course the goalies.
Tell me again how Alfie and Jacques are helping this team. Rubbish.
Sens W is basically guaranteed tonight. Its been all business for them since last game so they should be ready tonight. Sens worst enemy is time off because they have no discipline on or off the ice. Look how bad the penalties they take are, imagine that level of discipline when faced with the temptations of a group of buds on a road trip would face.

Guys. At this stage, I don’t want them to make the playoffs. I don’t want any chance to see this coaching staff ever again after this season. They can ride with them now, but let’s forget this season. It’s too late. The move should have been done before leaving for Sweden.
In January or February, they will hire a new GM and a coach maybe before the end of the season or this summer.
Soon they will be eliminated and then, they will start to play good hockey. DJ Smith is excellent when there is no pressure at all.
