I'm a gens fan so I considered the thunder my fave echl team because of appleby ( was a general) New Jersey are brilliant for signing Appleby he will be a top goaltender when he gets his chance in like 3 years and that makes me happy he was my fave player on the gens and one of my faves in pro hockey alone ANY league and he never should have been went un drafted he will be better and have a more successful career than Michael dal collie and dal collie went 5TH overall and appleby will prove every team wrong by being an outstanding goalie in years to come Devils have the best goalie and goalie depth in the league and not just because of appleby teams is stacked in goaltending so if appleby gets traded no matter where he goes he will be an amazing goalie he shutdown Connor mcdavid in the ohl finals and not just mcdavid debringcat and strome, etc he will be amazing good job Devils great signing I wish my bruins signed him because he is amazing hope after his ecl he gets re signed
