Dmitry Kulikov doesn’t necessarily move the excitement needle, but he’s adept at stopping opponents who do. And since that’s one area the Edmonton Oilers need help with, they’re adding him for the stretch drive.
A left-shot defenceman who focuses on defence first, Kulikov adds some size (six-foot-one, 204 pounds) and plenty of experience after 12 years and 715 games in the NHL.
