I don’t think any team in this league can afford to play with their foot off the gas. Look at Colorado back a couple yrs ago winning the cup. Each game they played, it was a full 60 and they didn’t let up even if they were winning by a large margin. Wings have to play that way. Not going to win every game, but it’s a recipe for winning most.
Why didn’t you call a timeout like the sharks did and motivate the team lalonde? And constantly saying we aren’t good enough is such a great coach, keep playing petry holl and mataa over Edvinsson and putting Rasmussen on the 3rd over sprong, good job blashill 2.0
Bottom line is the defense didn't help Husso one bit and Husso didn't help himself one bit. Lyon is clearly the better Goalie. Good Goaltenders find a way to get one of those fast break stops and Husso ain't that guy.

Still pretty damn angry about last night. It’s going to leave a bad taste in my mouth for a while. Our coach actually said with his mouth that Husso was our best player last night… That is so beyond insulting to every fans, intelligence and frankly, classless. The man can’t even admit he made a mistake, not pulling dumpster fire, Husso that’s no man at all.

Lyons attitude is amazing no wonder his calming presence on the ice helps us in defense, can see by the performances
Lyon seems like a very nice guy. He's been great and think he will keep it going! Also Reimer deserves to get some starts over Husso right now.
Is it me or does it sound like he degrades his team? We are who we are. We don’t have any players that can save us mentality.
