Babcock was the right call in my opinion and a nice guy assistance pascal prob good pair but nice guy head coach maybe doesn't work idk. He's locked in tho cause would be too embarrassing to choose new coach so soon after being certain of choice. Korpisalo was actually good last year. And I'll stand by gaudrea for choosing Columbus no matter how rough it's been for him. I like jarmo. I feel like the fans in cbus always stick around. I do feel bad for announcer Jeff rimmer being his last year on a down year that I thought would be good
I think that Columbus is in so much of a problem, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a full & final overhaul, with JD& GM fired. Let me know what you think
(Tampa Bay fan) It's fine if Columbus is worse because they are a tweener team in my opinion, need to blow it up (trade Boone Jenner, Laine, Gaudreau, and the rest of the roster and build around Fantilli). Whatever they have going on now isn't working and I don't know how to fix it. Even if you don't agree with my opinion, they need to commit one way or another, full rebuild or playoffs.

I've watched every Jackets game this season, even when they get a lead, they play like they're afraid. Paz's defensive scheme of collapsing prevent actually generates momentum for opponents. And they KEEP doing it. This might work out in the AHL, but for a team with no snarl, it's not translating.
Danforth brings good energy, but as a fourth or third liner. Move Texier UP. And develop some stay-at-home defensemen

Interesting how some people are so isolated in what is supposed to be a results based business. Jarmo & JD have been in their positions for a decade+ now. Would've thought the Babcock thing would've been enough of a nail in the coffin but naah. Seems like the organization is pretty comfortable with losing.
