Why would cgy trade for Connor Timmins? Makes no sense. He’s so injury prone.
The main benefit of the Zadorov trade was the Flames didn’t retain so they still have their 3 options to retain salary – which they would use on the other big UFA trades to up the asking price. You can expect them to retain on Lindholm and Tanev, probably Hanifin too. The returning packages will be a bit larger than this I expect (hope).
Suggesting trades with no actual understanding of the market is not letting the man cook.
Think the Toffoli and Zadorov trades have shown we don’t understand the market very well.
