  1. Why did Riley go into the corner with the puck though? He wasn't going to win the race to the puck. He should have went to the front of the net to stop a pass. The guy getting the puck wasn't going to score from behind the net

  2. I think the Reaves issue is a Sheldon Keefe problem to fix. I totallt agree he needs to be used if hes playing. I think he can play better but needs to be utilized. I do love all the push back in general from the leafs. I have noticed that change from previous years. We need RHD big time.

  3. They also getting their best players in OT plus odd man chances with Leafs 1 defenseman out there
3-on-3 was created to increase scoring chances in OT
At least yall didnt lose in a stupid fkn Shootout the #1 WORST thing the NHL has ever fkn created but LOVE rollin em out every night..very very dumb

  4. The Steves are in agreement, I've been saying all along, they just don't have any motivation… no work ethic, no focus. They're a bunch of individuals having good seasons, individually. It takes a TEAM to win the cup.

  5. With apologies to The Mamas and the Papas.

    All my hair was brown
    Now its mainly gray.
    Most of that's because
    I watch Toronto play.
    I'd have much less stress
    Cheering for Tampa Bay.
    Instead I picked the Leafs
    Until my dying day.

You know when Boston comes to town
    It always ends the same
    The Bruins get outplayed
But still they win the game
    When Bergeron retired
We thought that they'd be lame.
    But they still have Marchand
    And Pasta what a shame

    It's "Honour Pride and Courage"
    Sewn on the Jersey's seam
We all must keep the faith
    To one day reign supreme.
Yes I really love my Leafs
And I still have The Dream.
    But won't somebody please
    Rid me of Boston's Team?

    (Won't somebody please)
    Rid me of Boston's Team?
    (Won't somebody please)
    Rid me of Boston's Team?……

  6. Can we give Steve Dangle highlight rights please? I need more than screenshots for the recaps… he deserves the highlight package rights… PLEASE @sportsnet @tsn @nhl

  7. The effort Tavares put into getting back on that goal in overtime was embarrassing. Dude was straight up picking cherries. Waiting for one to drop for him. It didn't and he looked bad just floating around center. He should be called out for that lack of effort.

  8. Tavares sat on his butt and could have rushed back. Boston is the fastest skating team 3v3.
Leafs have put on faster skaters

  9. Fun Fact Both Sam Laffertys ex teams lost in extra time while he takes care of the team that owns his current teams' soul

  10. the problem is most players on this team think theyre HIM. play your role, man. play a sound game and take advantage of opportunities. these guys are trying to win championships gretzky style like its the 80s, cherry picking like you have the best defense in the league

  11. "even the biggest willy supporters… heheh" man it's 3am i am laughing harder than i probably would have if i saw this at 10am

  12. Leafs have 5 regulation wins in 22 games… Lol .. Hey… no 3 on 3 and shootouts in the first round… Good luck.

  13. The 3 players making $11 million per season have already been paid close to 90% of their contracts. Think about that, they got all their money upfront and it shows.

  14. this was probably the best performance of the year that i witnessed from the leafs. they played well. not too many break downs in their own end, especially in comparison to their "norm"
pretty crazy that leafs keep coming back and at least getting into OT. rack up those points i guess.
i was screaming for nylander to not step foot on the ice in OT again, he was very obviously floating and, i presume, out of gas. but of course keefe sends him out and he just like…falls over and kablamo game is over
