While this is embarrassing on an organizational level, I have gone several times now and the fan experience is pretty phenomenal. Cheap tickets and no such thing as a bad seat.

It’s not sustainable. The NHL salary cap puts financial pressure on the Coyotes in order to stay competitive. If the cap goes up to $100 million in the next 3 years how will the Coyotes be able to keep up? Also the Coyotes are holding salary cap increases down by not keeping up with the revenues of the rest of the league.
Lastly, previous Coyotes owners have mislead season ticket holders by asking them to buy in to a rebuild (Coyotes 2.0) and then failing in said rebuild. A permanent arena solution needs to be resolved and yet will the people of Phoenix buy in and support the team with season ticket sales and attendance in excess of 17,000 fans per game?
