The person advising Jim has dated views.Their are risk in signing players but it how much your willing to risk. Prem tax is real thing,what was fernandes salary a full international playing in top team vs player playing for Everton or West Ham be fire he signed. Secondly, the style is different in the different leagues in England and even in the prem. the top five six play a style closer to other teams in the top five compared to the rest of the league. The SPL is not at the same level as 20,30,40s ago. I guess it depends where Sir Jim sees the team.

This sir jm & homegrown/british core policy….doesnt make sense on the basis that 1…he & the glazers won't pump hundreds of millions into the club & 2. Anytime Utd try to buy british…the price is 10 x more than what we can get ovverseas.

DeGea made 2 bad games in 12 years and he dumped him! De Gea was best PL GK and probably best in the world, so many times men of the match…i think that only Ronaldo was more times man of the match than De Gea. He was brilliant GK! Both sancho and donny bought and ultimately abused by ole Gunnar solksjaer. Bought them and sat them on the bench cuz he was too tactically inept to know how to use them. Their failure is on ole. Since then Sancho has had chances in the first team and been average, Donny never really had a run in the first team, always picked with second string so cannot be judged fairly. Typically our ignorant fans are way off. I hope both leave and tear it up elsewhere
