A NEW BEGINNING – Episode 1



Welcome to PROJECT REBORN! ⚪️ ⚫️ 🔴

A 6-12 month initiative that starts today and will run over the course of 2024. During this period the aim is to (with the exclusion of team football) go through a transformation technically, physically, tactically & mentally. With the absence of team football, all my time and energy will be freed up to work on my individual weaknesses as well as being able to more thoroughly document this project ⚽️

If you’re a player with ambitions of taking your career to the next level, this is THE place to be in 2024. I will be showing you exactly how I train, both on the pitch and in the gym; what I eat, how much I sleep and so much more…
…but not only that! I will also try new and never-seen-before ways of improving as a footballer through experimenting with alternate training styles, futuristic products and more! ✨

‘PROJECT REBORN’ will end with me fully committing to signing a new professional contract, so you will be part of the entire process from the beginning until the end! ✍️

  6. Bro I’m 12 and started football in 2023 and before that playing NRL. This year I managed to get 7 goals 4 assists and 1 hattrick by playing 1/3 in keeper 1/10 in defender 1/4 in midfield and 1/3 in attack. Everyone says I’m a great keeper and a decent defender but this summer imma try to be an attacker.

  10. keep in mind that if the tempreture is lower your muscles are not that powerfull as if it is hot outside. Love your videos, it is going to be worth it!!!
