They could call a 2 min penalty on the Rat every 2 mins for the rest of the season and never make up for all the crap he has gotten away with over the years. The moniker, Rat, isn't just because of his looks.
it's clean but unfortunately Marchand he lost the benefit of the doubt a long time ago. If he didn't have the reputation he has that wouldn't have been called.
I'm not saying that it's right, but you get s shorter leash than everyone else who's known to actually follow the rules.

Not really intentional but still a penalty. He doesn’t touch the puck and gets body checked. I guess it’s a bit soft but still interference.
