    Really impressed with Toffoli's leadership so far. He works so hard on the ice he makes you forget he's not that big

    Happy to hear about Nico! Once we stabilize injury wise, if the effort remains high we will continue to win games.

    Happy to see Nico back, hope that Timo isn't far behind him in returning. Also appreciate Ruff taking a bit of ownership for the lineup, going into that game I thought it was risky going 11 forwards 7 d with Jack just coming off injury, also knowing Nosek, Haula, & Bas have all been a little dinged up to start the year. At first I said that must mean they're pretty confident with how Jack is feeling, then Nosek left the game and I knew it would bite us. Especially given than he's a defensive specialist, he would've been a big part of closing out that game. Forwards fatigued a bit and minor mental lapses turned into goals against. Extremely close game for how well they've been playing, compared to how poorly we've been playing.
