OK Guys, it’s time to take a look at the game last night between the Montreal Canadiens and the LA Kings. I will not review this game simply because from a Habs fan perspective, there was nothing to review. It was horrible.. However we CAN take a look at where the Canadiens are right now 21 games into the season, and the struggles of injuries and Josh Anderson.
The articles that were in the video were screenshots from Habsfanatics.com, I highly reccommend you to check out this site for further Habs News,

I like MSL, but he needs to channel a little Scotty Bowman and play the guys against each other; make them earn their spots.
I agree with moving Josh to line 4 – piss him off and say honestly ‘if you can motivate your line mates into a productive, punishing unit that teams are afraid of, you’ll move up the lines’ .. when they succeed (or fail, it happens) do it all over again. Play them for their strengths – sniper, pp specialist, power forward, playmaker, whatever!
I had hoped competitive however the injury bug and loss of Dach means another number one pick
It doesn’t help that your best player is playing on the second line with two plugs. I’m sure he’s real happy about signing that long-term contract now..
Anderson should be 3/4th line anyway. he's explosive, if you give him less min he will be a more useful weapon over the course of a game I think. (hopefully) and the match ups might be more realistic for him maybe. I really think him and Newhook would be a good combo on a line together as they are both very fast.
To me ylonen is underrated… need to try him on the top lines
Allen is terrible and please Habs put Monahab with Slafkovsky and Caufield
Junkie I don’t like the bad habits these guys are falling into. Too many games they don’t show up for. What gives. Change the lines up.
Water under the fridge 😂😂😂 Brilliant!!!
I could maybe see them being higher in the standings if not for injuries? But as soon as we lost Dach off the start I was settled in for another tankathon.
One team came to play hard, another was on a California vacation. What happened to Marty's motivational speech about being soft? The boys forgot that pretty quickly. Might be time for Marty to do a Mike Babcock, Darryl Sutter, Randy Caryle, Mike Keenan or maybe even a John Tortorella on their asses.
Caufield gets way too much credit and ice time! kids toooooo small!😊
That looked like 14 year olds playing their dads. Absolute joke.
Why did my message get deleted?
You didn't even mention how crappy Allen was. He was HORRID!!!!
Agreed. Never want to talk about it again.
3 regulation wins this season (lowest in the league)… I feel great.
If possible get rid of Allen, keep Montambault, and Primeau
Remember Scott Gomez? His tun was the definition of snake bitten
Right where I expected them to be. If they were better than that it would be a bonus. Roman wasn't built in a day. Let's stay realistic.
Hopefully Anderson doesn't do as bad as Gomez did when he went without a goal for a whole calendar year.
ya 4 th line him ; or——-Laval?
Poot puck in net: A Kostitsyns advice
Feeling like we BLEW IT with the TANK MISSION last season..
Is Anderson being our new Scott Gomez ? High Pay but can't score ! I'll give him the credit that he work hard but somehow is confidence is low I bet !
Caufield must gave lost the puck battles 95%.
Bye Bye Harris,Welcome Struble
Like I said, and I will say it a 3rd time. Montreal doesn’t know how to build a team, simple.
I agrees with you bye!!😮
Total agree with you on that last game Junkie. It was the game before their Day Off in Southern California , and it seemed like they started it a day early. As for placing Anderson on the 4th line with 'set-up guys' like Evans and Pezzetta , a stoke of genius thinking I say. Not only will it get Josh out of his 'funk', it will probably elevate that whole line to the 3rd line.
21 games in, pretty much meeting expectations, low-mid standings.
Should have traded him when his value was high! Now its a toss up to see if he can get back to the guy he was.
I'd say Habs current standing in the table is expected. Anderson's been pulling a Pitlick on us so far, but then again, this team is a work in progress and for that reason alone I wouldn't write him off just yet. Losing Dach also messed things up and Anderson may simply be a victim of unfortunate circumstances. Maybe he wasn't ready to take on the responsibility of being productive on command. I think no hab is really standing out at the moment because they aren't having much fun playing the game. These are tough times for them as well as for the fans, but just like everything else in life, bad luck also ends. The team will find the right chemistry, and if Anderson stays he'll eventually find his best game again. Even Dach will return and play a full season and we'll all have something to celebrate in the end. Speaking of which, why isn't anyone talking about the way Dach got injured? How many injuries will it take before intentionally sending someone over the boards is rewarded by a major penalty and 50 leashes with a wet towel?
My real problem isn't the losing. It's the zero takeaways from the game. The LA game got me pissed off. Like, even getting some looks on net.
It would even be better we got the production from some of the vets. We need more draft capital, and we ain't getting it.
Martin St Louis is to soft…He's a little league coach…He is not NHL ready…A real coach would have put Anderson on the fourth after ten games…
Rangers were same when Xhekaj wasn't on the ice. Him being on bench puts the reassurance in his teammates minds.
