The 38:30 mark comes a bit before Mike claims the Leafs will “beat the piss out of the“ Blackhawks. We know what happened the last time, however: a 4-1 loss last month on home ice. I am very concerned because of the tendency the Leafs have had over the years to play down to bottom-feeding teams. Hopefully that will not be the case on Friday Eastern Time but only time will tell during that game either way.

It's not yet been determined if John Klingberg will require surgery beyond his rehab. Still time to work through the process of what's next.
The LTIR designation guarantees Klingberg will be out of the #leafs lineup until at least Dec. 12.
