    Just watched one of your videos on YouTube here this evening Tory and it really encouraged me! Thank-you so much for that, praise the Lord!

    I’m 36 years old, never played on a team but always played on ODR’s and Ponds back in the farm growing up. We never had much money and my parents could never afford to put me and both my older brothers in organized hockey. In saying that, I still try and play in summer on the streets with my 2 young boys and in the basement of the house and on the ODR. The past few years I’ve had these neon promptings from the Holy Spirit to pray for NHL teams and certain players at times too. I thought it was strange and odd “Like who am I to pray for these pro athletes, I’m just some random everyday person” but the promptings kept coming, so I prayed. 2 years go by and I get stuck in the middle of an NHL team here in Canada when flying out to the USA for a business meeting. I get to meet and talk with some of the team for 20 minutes or so. After that chat, I realized first hand how many of these athletes are searching and making it to “The Show” isn’t truly fulfilling in the aspect of True Joy, Contenment and Peace which can only be obtained through Christ. I continue to pray for NHL players and teams when the Holy Spirit tells me because of this.

    Your video here today (along with the one from you, Adam, David and Brandon from a few years back) led me to tears. I had no idea you guys were believers in Christ and it encouraged me so much to keep praying for you all!

    I also have been feeling called to go to random ODR’S in my town/city over the past couple years and use it as a ministry to the young kids playing. It has been incredible what has happened so far, I give the Lord Jesus Christ all the Glory!

    I prayed for you this evening as well, thank-you for being a light for Christ during these ever so dark days for the unbelieving. We are here to bring the gospel and be a light to the world and it’s so awesome to see you doing that! Keep going brother! Never loose faith, fight for the kingdom, eternal souls are at stake!
