Cam Levins Explains His NYC Marathon Training, 170 Miles Per Week With Triples



Canadian marathon record holder Cam Levins shares about his training leading into the 2023 NYC Marathon. He averaged about 170 miles a week (3-4 days that include three runs in a day) and included more hill training. He also explains why he chose NYC as his fall marathon.

  1. Cam always comes across as such a genuine nice guy. I’ve watched plenty of videos and interviews he has done and love how open and willing he is to share info about his training. Rooting for him on Sunday, he has every chance of winning, good luck Cam!!!

  2. Such a hard working athlete. He's had some injuries and persevered, done the work to be here (clearly! 170mpw – what!?). Love how generous he is with his time and explanations. Will be watching and rooting for you Cam! 🏃
