Canucks will eventually regret trading Boeser
Boeser for Tom Wilson a first and a B level prospect.
What would Washington have to offer the Canucks?? The only player return that makes sense for Canucks is Tom Wilson. As for the Kings they have alot of second line caliber forwards to offer, but Canucks are better off holding Boeser. At this point they should focus on trading Hamonic and Dickinson so they can re-sign Boeser and Motte.
It would be absolutely dumb to trade Boeser to the same division
honestly i think boeser would be a great fit for the kings and i'm not even a kings fan. would hate to see my boy brock leave vancouver, but i'd understand the move if it happens.
Stop
I don't think Brock Boeser should get moved, if the Canucks have a good shot to make the playoffs, maybe at the draft after the Canucks win the cup with him.
No one in the top 6 is getting traded unless Canucks is clear out if it before the trading deadline!
I told you when you need to sell per your GM to clean out a lot of bad contracts nobody will bail you out at all. We the NYR would offer you the same trash we offered for JT that way salary is going off our books as well Chytl and Nameth make about $5,000,000 a year. I can get rid of backup goalie he makes another $2.5 just won’t qualify him then I can offer your guy his qualifying offfer and keep all of. My picks
They need to build the team around Miller. He’s the leader on the ice and in the room. Make him the Captain and give Horvat the A. Trade Brock, get two younger players, build the defense.
okay I'll bite, what are you saying in your outro? been watching for a while and I can't make heads or tails out of it.
“Snipage”
Would absolutely love Brock Boeser to the Kings we really need another scorer that we could play on the 1st or 2nd line
They should trade boeser for Quinton byfield and Brandt Clarke and a 3round pick. Cause boeser has proved he is a good goal scorer he is good on the power play he's physical and he's young enough that your can lock him down for the remainder of his prime years and put home on a like with Kopitar and arvidsson and you have top line that would probably accumulate atleast 100 goals a season
Just curious, how often have you been right about trades? Do you have an inside source or have you been following hockey for so long that you can predict likely scenarios. Or is this purely speculative entertainment? Thanks.
Bowser’s play style doesn’t look like a good fit for LA. LA will have cap but they also need to re-sign new all star Kempe. Also, 7.5m is now getting in the neighborhood of Filip Forsberg.
Boeser’s value is no where near a Spence, let alone Grans too. If you’re talking Clarke, we’re now talking Miller++ or Petterson.
They owe us, we traded Vancouver Toffoli for under market (and then they blew it and didn't even call him to talk contract before he went FA, but let's not talk about that)
As a Kings fan, and going off the past 15 games I watched, overall offense doesn't seem to be a major problem with the majority of games being 3 goal or more games for them. Having been a fan since 1992, I'm used to a general history of 1 or 2 goal games, so I don't need to see 5 goals per game consistently to feel comfortable with the offense. I think PP percentage can get a bit inflated, as well. They can be momentum changers, but they don't necessarily make or break a playoff team. I find the Kings need to shore up the defense a bit more, and cut out the turnovers in the middle of their defensive zone. I've seen more of those this year than I should in 3. A smart defenseman who is solid on that end, but has a little scoring punch would be their ideal target. Bowser, while good, is not that guy I speak of. Chychrun would be more that player, and with a bit of a down year in terms of plus minus, he might be more what Blake is looking to spend. Maybe not, but definitely the type of long term acquisition he's looking for.
Kings fan here.. honestly I’m hoping we don’t see a trade. Our prospects have been playing well/great (a testament to our scouts) and a trade I believe would only hurt the Kings in the long run. I say we stick to our system and double down on our young talent.
