Caps gm didn’t want him back at all. He was right as I too presumed.
Backstrom very selfish it seems, but perhaps he really thought he could be good again. Hope the GM can do something cause something more is needed in the caps lineup. If pacriotty can come back healthy and score 25 goals they have a shot at a wild card. Hope they can pick up a player and get Mantha going.
